Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn (tried on only)
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (hats, etc.)
  • Intimates, bodysuits, or lounge sets (if applicable)

Refund Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We got you.

Exchanges are accepted based on item availability. If your size is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
